Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data CYRA (“CYRA”, “we”) collects on shopcyra.in, why, and the choices you have. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, optional email and delivery address.
• Payment status: whether a payment succeeded. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store them.
• Support requests: messages, photos and videos you send us for a replacement or refund.
• Browsing on our site: pages and products viewed and items added to your bag, so we can improve the store. Advertising and analytics cookies (Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity) load only if you accept them.

Why we use it

• To deliver your order, send updates and handle replacements and refunds.
• To send WhatsApp or email messages about new arrivals, only if you opted in. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or writing to us.
• To prevent fraud and meet our tax and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the store: our payment gateway (Razorpay), courier and shipping partners, our WhatsApp and email providers, our hosting provider, and, if you accepted cookies, analytics and advertising platforms. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. Browsing data is deleted after 90 days. Support videos and photos are deleted once your request is closed and any dispute period has passed.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Contact us on WhatsApp. We respond within 30 days.
